What could be better than hot chocolate? A little ball of hot chocolate marshmallow surprise thats what! These hot chocolate bombs have been appearing all over my instagram feed and so I did what I always do and thought hey, I could try to make that!
Turns out tempering your chocolate is super important – Don’t worry it’s not difficult it’s just a fancy way of saying melt your chocolate but don’t let it get too hot. I’ll link the video that explained it to me and also gave advice on how to achieve it without a thermometer.
