Hello Crafty Friends! I hope you are all having a lovely weekend. I’ve been catching up on some card making and watching lots of YouTube. Speaking of have you seen the Save The Crafty YouTuber video hop event going on right now? This is the third STCYT event which is the brain child of one Miss Justine Hovey.
The event was created from some changes to the YouTube criteria for monetisation requirements. The new rules mean each creator needs a certain number of subscribers and view time per month to enable them to earn a small percentage of the ad revenue their videos bring in. As a video creator I put this advertising revenue towards crafty purchases to enable me to keep bringing out new content. Now I certainly spend more than I earn every little helps.
The video hop is not just about helping creators boost their subscribers and view time hours – this hop can also help you find your next favourite creator and you could even win a prize from one of the many sponsors. 
To join in and show your support you can check out the hop starting at my video linked below and working your way around using the links provided in each video. The more comments you leave the more chances you have to win. All comments need to be in by June 5th.
